Privacy

vLitePay does not custody funds and does not keep a copy of the wallet.

Username, transfers, escrow, and swaps are on a public chain. Anyone can read that data. We do not keep a separate ledger of it.

The server stores only what an action needs. Airtime, data, and bills store the phone number or account reference, the biller, and the provider reference so the top up can be paid. A support email stores the message you send. If sign-in uses an email, that address is stored for login only.

We do not collect a bank account, a government ID, a seed phrase, or a private key. A device session is not kept as a profile.

Chain data cannot be deleted. A support mail or a top-up reference can be deleted on request to support@vlitepay.com.
