Terms
vLitePay is a technology platform, not a bank. It does not hold a banking licence. The balance is a stablecoin balance on a public chain, not a deposit. vLitePay does not custody funds and does not hold the seed phrase or private key.
You must be 18 or over. One account. You are responsible for the wallet and the username.
The app can send by @name or address, hold a P2P trade in escrow, swap, buy airtime, data, and bills, and deposit to an optional Earn vault. Bank payout and on-ramp are not live.
In a P2P trade the crypto sits in escrow until release. Fiat is settled with the merchant. Each trade has a ref, a timer, and a dispute path. vLitePay is not the buyer or the seller.
Earn is optional. You can withdraw back to the same wallet. The yield can move and is not guaranteed.
The fee shown before you confirm is the fee that applies. A confirmed on-chain transfer cannot be cancelled. A wrong address or wrong username is your loss.
vLitePay can pause an action if a dispute or the law requires it. vLitePay is not liable for merchant fiat that never arrives, a chain halt, or a yield change.
